Founder and President

Alan Ross is the President of the Electric Power Reliability Alliance (EPRA). He is responsible for leading the alliance to build electric system reliability in the industrial and commercial marketplace.
He often presents at industry conferences and has authored several trade publication articles on electric power reliability, including articles featured in Solutions and Uptime magazines and has written two books: Unconditional Excellence and Beyond World Class, and is currently the Editor in Chief of Transformer Technology Magazine.
He completed his undergraduate work in Mechanical Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology and MBA in Marketing from Georgia State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
Alan is a Certified Reliability Leader (CRL), a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), member of the IEEE Reliability and Power Energy Societies and Chair of the Smart Grid Reliability Alliance.

Membership Engagement and Services Manager

Brenda is the Membership Engagement and Services Manager for EPRA. She is focused on fostering the growing EPRA community of commercial and industrial electric power safety and reliability practitioners in collaboration with EPRA’s Working Groups.

Brenda was a non-profit Membership Director for three years before joining EPRA. Prior to that, she worked in environmental consulting for eight years.

Membership Recruitment Coordinator

Traci started her journey in electric power reliability in June 2012 with SDMyers, LLC in the Training & Education department. Shortly after, she transitioned into the role of Diagnostic Analytic Coordinator for the international market while continuing to support training & education through international events. In 2017 she made her way back to T&E as the Sr. Training & Education advisor and Adjunct Instructor. Recently, she has joined the Electric Power Reliability Alliance (EPRA) team as Membership Recruitment Coordinator. Her focus is on growing & strengthening EPRAs Electric Power Reliability Community, through education, information, thought leadership and a passion for reliable power systems.
